Over grazing and drought have endangered the plants exsistance, but it is making a comback. Good rains in April 2012 allowed the bees to
produce about 800 jars. The honey is ultra light in color and very mild. A must try for any would be honey connoisseur.

Great tasting wonderful honey, texture is a little different then the white honey but I love this. I put it in my coffee and tea and hot cereals. Just ordered my 2nd case of Huajillo honey.

This honey has a different texture but has an excellent flavor. I just ordered my 2nd case of this honey. I'm sorry to read that this honey is not alway available due to drought conditions. I will continue to order this product when everit is available.
